  • Children's personal data without verifiable parental consent (we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13)

  • Location data (GPS, network-based) – unless an app specifically offers a location-based feature with your explicit consent

8. Consent Mechanism (As Required by DPDP Act)

Under Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we must obtain your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent before processing your personal data.

How we obtain consent:

  • For non-sensitive data: By using our apps, you agree to the data practices described in each app's privacy policy.
  • For sensitive data: We will present a clear consent pop-up or dialog box requiring explicit opt-in action (e.g., checking a box or tapping "Allow").
